The health benefits of making your own smoothie

When you make your own smoothie you can be sure of what is actually going into it.  Take some strawberries, banana, frozen berries or pineapple and add a dash of orange juice.  Blitz this and you have a delicious drink full of fibre, vitamins and low in everything that’s not good for you.
